Jiangsu Licheng Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Coastal Chemical Zone in Jiangsu Province with abundant chemical raw materials. Located in domestic main cotton and grain producing area, the transportation cost of refined cotton, ethanol and other raw materials is low. The factory is about 100km from Lianyungang Airport and Port and about 500km from Shanghai. For sustainable development, the company invested new factory in Binhai Coastal Chemical Park through planning in 2006, which is engaged in the production of cellulose ether series products with the output reaching 12,000 tons and occupying an area of 160 mu. In 2011, the company newly brought 6,000 tons of plasticizer series products.
